The SAMZON PT1800-20 is a stationary pile turner used to change pallets, replace damaged pallet layers or remove paper and freezer spacers. It handles very long pallets – up to 3500 mm – and the platforms close down to only 390 mm.
The pallet is fed into the machine with a pallet truck or forklift. The machine turns 90 or 180 degrees as needed. The platforms press against the load and stop via an easily adjustable pressure switch.
Automatic function – incl. safety light barriers and safety fence – PLC and one start button; HMI touch panel with operation, settings, alarm list and choice of language.

Safety fence – height 2200 mm, powder coated.
Stainless plates against product – internal plates in stainless 304.
External start, wireless remote – start the machine from the truck (requires automatic function).
