The SAMZON 104LVA is a stationary pile turner for changing the pallet under a product – often used in the paper industry. It is fully equipped with vibration and aeration, so paper stacks can be jogged and aired while they are turned.
The platforms close down to 320 mm, so even very low loads can be handled. The platforms close around the product and tilt back 90 degrees; the tower is released, rotated 180 degrees and locked again. The bottom platform is lowered, the platforms open and the product stands on a new pallet.
The pallet is fed into the machine with a pallet truck or pallet jack.
Safety light barriers – special protection columns with multi-adjustable function.

Stainless plates against product – internal plates in stainless 304.
Surface treatment, main frame – powder coating as standard, galvanised or stainless 304.
