The SAMZON DC3000 is a stationary dual-clamp pallet inverter with two movable platforms, built for tall loads. It is mainly used to exchange pallets or remove paper and freezer spacers. The load is placed with a forklift or electric stacker.
The machine turns 180 degrees or stops at any position. To remove spacers, it rotates to 90 degrees and the platform pressure is eased so the spacers can be pulled out.
For a pallet change, the new pallet is placed on top of the load, the platforms clamp, the machine turns 180 degrees and the load now stands on the new pallet.
Automatic function – incl. safety light barriers and safety fence – PLC and one start button; HMI touch panel with operation, settings, alarm list and choice of language.
Sensor clamping system – very precise clamping force – from a few kilos up to high pressure – set from the HMI panel.
Floor level (incl. ramp) – the platform runs down to the floor, so the load can be driven in with a pallet jack.
Safety light barriers – special protection columns with multi-adjustable function.
Safety fence – height 2200 mm, powder coated.
Stainless plates against product – internal plates in stainless 304.
External start, wireless remote – start the machine from the truck (requires automatic function).
Surface treatment, main frame – powder coating as standard, galvanised or stainless 304.
