The SAMZON MPS is a mobile pallet inverter with a clamping unit, used to move the product to a new pallet or to stack products on top of each other. The machine drives to the pallet where it stands.
The platforms are covered with thick rubber plates and close down to 320 mm, so pallets up to 1200 mm wide can be handled. The clamping unit lifts the product off the pallet up to 2300 mm; the pallet is replaced, the platforms lower and open, and the product stands on the new pallet.
The WB version is a wide-base design with 1300 mm between the legs of the main frame, so it can run outside the pallet. Servo steering, synchronised fork movement and a built-in battery charger are standard.
Second battery package – extra 24 V lead-acid battery with charger and trolley for easy battery change.
Adjustable pressure switch – clamping pressure set by hand, with indicator on the switch.
Wireless remote start – start the cycle standing in front of the machine, with a clear view of pallet and product.
Extra 40 mm foam side plates – 1300 × 800 mm for the clamping unit – two rubber pieces on thin steel plate, easy to change.
Spare parts kit – recommended – keeps downtime short.
