The SAMZON FL pallet inverter is a stationary machine that runs down to floor level, so the load is driven in with a pallet jack or electric stacker – no forklift needed. It is used to change pallets or remove paper and freezer spacers.
The machine turns 90 or 180 degrees. To remove spacers, it rotates to 90 degrees and the platform pressure is eased so the spacers can be pulled out.
For a pallet change, the new pallet is placed on top of the load, the platforms clamp, the machine turns 180 degrees and the load now stands on the new pallet. The new pallet is placed by hand – to avoid all manual lifts, choose a pallet changer.
Automatic function – incl. safety light barriers and safety fence – PLC and one start button; HMI touch panel with operation, settings, alarm list and choice of language.
Sensor clamping system – very precise clamping force – from a few kilos up to high pressure – set from the HMI panel.
Safety light barriers – special protection columns with multi-adjustable function.
Safety fence – height 2200 mm, powder coated.
Stainless plates against product – internal plates in stainless 304.
External start, wireless remote – start the machine from the truck (requires automatic function).
