The SAMZON DCINOX2000-15 is a stationary dual-clamp pallet inverter in stainless steel, used to change pallets or remove freezer spacers – ideal for swapping wooden pallets to plastic pallets at the entrance to hygienic areas. The load is placed with a pallet truck or electric stacker.
The machine turns 90 or 180 degrees. To remove freezer spacers, it rotates to 90 degrees and the platform pressure is eased so the spacers can be pulled out.
For a pallet change, the new pallet is placed on top of the load, the platforms clamp, the machine turns 180 degrees and the load now stands on the new pallet.
Automatic function – incl. safety light barriers and safety fence – PLC and one start button; HMI touch panel with operation, settings, alarm list and choice of language.
Sensor clamping system – very precise clamping force – from a few kilos up to high pressure – set from the HMI panel.
Safety light barriers – special protection columns with multi-adjustable function.
