The SAMZON pallet changer is a stationary machine for exchanging pallets without manual handling of the pallets. The pallet is fed into the machine with a pallet truck or forklift.
The machine tilts the load back 120 degrees, and the bottom plate lowers the existing pallet to the floor, where it is exchanged for a new one. The bottom plate then lifts the new pallet up under the load, and the load is lowered again – now standing on the new pallet.
Surface treatment is powder coating as standard; galvanised or stainless steel 304 is available. Fully automatic, customer-specific in-line systems with pallet magazine are available on request.
Automatic function (incl. safety light barriers and safety fence) – PLC and one start button; HMI touch panel with operation, settings, alarm list and choice of language.
Safety light barriers – special protection columns with multi-adjustable function.
Safety fence – height 2200 mm, powder coated.
Stainless plates against product – internal plates in stainless 304.
External start, wireless remote – start the machine from the truck (requires automatic function).
Automatic centering system – sensors and side guides keep the pallet centred under the load (requires automatic function).
