The SAMZON MPT1700-10 is a battery-powered mobile pallet turner that drives directly to the pallet that needs changing – typically from a wooden to a plastic pallet. The forks go under the pallet and over the product, clamp the load, tilt it 90° hydraulically and rotate it 180°.
If the product can be turned 180°, a new pallet can be placed on top before turning. The product is then tipped back to horizontal, the pallet can be turned manually 180° and locked with a locking pin, and the load is lowered to floor level on the new pallet.
A 2 kW traction motor drives the machine and a 3 kW hydraulic unit with integrated pump gives fast cycles. Servo steering, hydraulic locking pawl for easy rotation and a built-in automatic battery charger are standard.
Second battery package – extra 24 V – 210 Ah lead-acid battery with charger and trolley for easy battery change.
Wide base version – inside fork distance 1300 mm for wider pallets; safety fence adjustable 900–1300 mm.
Safety fence on both sides – side fences that keep the load in place while turning.
Spare parts kit – recommended – keeps downtime short.
